TOP 15 BEST GAY / LGBT+ MUSIC ARTISTS OF ALL TIME… SO FAR (CATEGORY IS: GAY MEN)

The past decade have seen many famous artists coming out and pushing the gay normalization forward with queer topics and visuals as you can enjoy on our Super Gay Music Videos YouTube playlist (Join our Spotify playlist too while we’re at it).

The crown of the gay paradise has determined the most iconic gay artists who contribute to make queerness visible.

Those who have marked History (so far),and the first 15 to enter Earth’s Queer Hall of Fame of Existence itself, in no specific order are:

(Attention: artists who happen to be gay but haven’t included queer visibility such as same-sex love interest do not qualify. Example: Tevin Campbell).

1. CAZWELL

Cazwell is the rapper with the biggest balls. Genius and completely unapologetic, he is not afraid to showcase his preference for dick and ass as a masculine man who love men. He is hilarious and his music videos are just as raunchy as his straight counterparts, featuring sexy men (instead of sexy girls). Most of his videos are age restricted and not embedable which makes it difficult for them to spread in the mainstream.

2. AB SOTO

AB Soto is the caliente papi latino with catchy songs and super sexy visuals. Even RuPaul noticed him and redid his song “Cha Cha Bitch !” He has many hot tunes which you can find on our YouTube playlist.

3. OFFER NISSIM

Offer Nissim is a legend from Tel Aviv. He makes circuit music that is very well known in the gay festivals world. “Everybody Needs a Man” and “Cha Cha Cha” are some of his biggest hits.

4. KAZAKY

Another legendary gay act. The group Kazaky was one of the first on Earth, perhaps even THE first to come up with queer visuals a decade ago, going viral with their high heels and hot clean choreographies.

5. LIL NAS X

No need to present him at this point, he is one of the most successful gay artist as of today. With big blockbuster production videos, he definitely got some of that money from the gay agenda. “Montero” is up there with the hugest mainstream hits worldwide.

6. TODRICK HALL

Another chocolate man with tons of talent and superb videos, Todrick Hall sets the bar very high. He plays with genders and have catchy songs. “I Like Boys” below is one of the sexiest ones. Another catchy one is “Dem Beats” featuring RuPaul (who will of course make our greatest Drag Queens music of all time).

7. ALLEN KING

If you thought that the border between music and porn was thin, well Allen King makes it completely disappear. The Spanish pop star is also a gay porn star (Lucas Entertainment) and a very eager power bottom at it. Seing those visuals in music is definitely… well let’s say “refreshing”.

8. ADAM LAMBERT

After the Spanish Pop-Porn Star (sounds like popcorn lol), we have Adam Lambert, known for American Idol and serving mainstream pop. His inspirations are obviously George Michael and Queen. Below his brand new song at time of writing. “Holding out for a Hero” which we talked about here.

9. SAM SMITH

People either love him or hate him, (we love him but we do despise: ‘Unholy’) the British singer is very talented but with lyrics a little too much on the “depression”/”conflict” side of things. Is that a UK thing? Maybe because of the shitty weather they get up there… Anyway he’s got a brand new hot song “Gimme”, it made it to our Spotify playlist.

10. TOM ASPAUL

Another British guy also with conflict based lyrics but he manages to make us forget that due to catchy bubblegum pop beats and a few gems such as “01902”.

11. RICKY MARTIN

Ricky Martin is a latin god. What else is to say about this legend. Well it seems as it’s been a journey for him, since most of his videos had featured him dancing with hot girls (even after he came out) which would have ruled him out from this category, but it seems that this is about to change as now he seems comfortable to show himself cuddling with a man in his last video “Acido Sabor” released 5 months ago at time of writing.

12. JOHN DUFF

Representing for the sexy femboys John Duff definitely draws his inspiration from Mariah Carey with the slutty poses and the profile looks at the camera. One of his songs is even a parody of “Heartbreaker”. The one below is our favorite from him: “Hokie Pokie” at the pool reminiscent of what we be living here in the gay paradise.

13. THE VILLAGE PEOPLE

This iconic group made it huge worldwide. Their music was made so straight people didn’t realize they were queer but gay people clearly knew what’s up. Their lyrics were all about fucking men. “YMCA” and “Macho Man” are the biggest ones.

14. ELTON JOHN

Elton John has also made a name for himself. There’s even a whole movie about him (“Rocketman”) if you want to know about his life. He keeps himself relevant by collorating with “current” superstars like Dua Lipa and Britney Spears.

15. GEORGE MICHAEL

We could not had Adam Lambert in here without the original: George Michael. The song “Outside” below was a scandal when it was released because it portrays male cops kissing. Till this day, it remains a mystery why him and his counterparts “died” at only around age 50 (Michael Jackson, Prince, Whitney Houston, David Bowie, etc..).

And that’s it for the top 15 best most iconic gay artists, category: men. Which one(s) is (are) your favorite(s)? Do you think anyone else not mentioned here deserved to be on that list? If so, tell us who in the comment section so we can consider them.

Coming up: trans/drag queens/non-binary, as well as lesbians. Send us who should be nominated in those categories on Twitter or Instagram.

Also don’t forget to add our Youtube playlist for even more gay content and other videos from these artists.

  1. For me Todrick Hall is the superior one. He gets a lot of unjustified hate.

  2. Lil Nas X is overrated. He only has 1 good song, Montero. The album was trash. Todrick Hall is way better.

  3. thanks for making me discover cazwell, my mind is blown!!!!!!!! he should be more famous.

  4. Judy Juanita Lushman

Thank you for including Adam Lambert, My favorite artist. He has a new covers album dropping Feb 24 and has three singles off this album out now. Bonnie Tyler’s and Adam Lambert’s version of Holding out for a Hero is fire

  5. Several of them I didn’t even know existed. I think we are still at the beginning stage of a revolution. More singers should come out. I’m thinking about Usher for example.

The story with George Michael and the others of all disappearing at 50 years old’s got me intrigued. Now that I think of it it sort of makes sense.

  6. Years and Years should be on that list. Maybe even David Bowie and Queen.

  7. POP MULTIFANDOM KEN

Good to see that men can also make good music. Because I don’t know why but us gay it’s always about the girls like Beyonce, Mariah, Ariana, Britney, Christina, Rihanna; Janet, Madonna and the likes.
